Cancellation and rescheduling

Use this policy for session changes, late arrival, missed sessions, technical issues, and email mismatch questions.

Rescheduling

You may request one free reschedule if you contact us at least 24 hours before your session.

Cancellation

Candidates may cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. InterviewCastle will offer a free reschedule first.

Late arrival and missed session

If you join late, the session may still end at the original scheduled time. If you miss the scheduled session, rebooking may require an INR 500 fee.

Technical issues

If an issue on our side affects your session, InterviewCastle will prioritize rescheduling and make it right.

Email mismatch

Please use the same email address for payment and booking. If emails do not match, booking may be delayed or declined until verified.
