What InterviewCastle provides
InterviewCastle provides live technical interview evaluation and feedback for working Software Engineering, QA/SDET and DevOps/SRE professionals, generally with 2 to 10 years of experience. Every evaluation is conducted by Anoop M C, who created and authored GateMark.
GateMark includes an approximately 60-minute technical discussion on Microsoft Teams, immediate verbal feedback and a private written brief within 48 hours. Lite includes the live discussion and immediate verbal feedback without the written brief.
What the service does not promise
InterviewCastle is an independent evaluation and feedback service. It does not provide placement, referrals, jobs or selection guarantees.
Feedback reflects the discussion and information available during the evaluation. It does not decide whether an employer will invite, select or hire you.
Packages, payment and booking
GateMark costs ₹2,999 including GST. Lite costs ₹1,999 including GST. Optional add-ons and their prices are shown before payment when available.
Payment is processed first through Razorpay and booking then uses Zoho Bookings. Use the same email address for payment and booking so the service can be matched correctly.
Availability, changes and refunds
If none of the displayed slots works, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of payment, provided you have not booked a slot. After booking, candidate cancellation is non-refundable.
Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice, and the final session must occur within 15 calendar days after the originally booked session. The Refund Policy and Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy contain the detailed rules.
Your responsibility
Provide information that you are allowed to share and use the evaluation for your own interview preparation. Do not submit confidential employer material, active hiring assessments or information that violates a non-disclosure or other obligation.
Do not record, distribute or publish an evaluation session without prior written permission.
Evaluation material
Evaluation briefs, recordings, transcripts and session details are private service material. They are not shared with employers or recruiters for hiring decisions.
Your private brief is for your personal preparation. Ask us before publicly sharing any InterviewCastle material.
