InterviewCastle uses candidate data to deliver the evaluation, manage payment and booking support, and follow up where consent is provided.

Data collected

InterviewCastle may collect contact details, LinkedIn URL, years of experience, target role, payment and booking details, session notes, reports, support communication, and recordings when recording is selected as an add-on.

Use of data

Data is used to deliver the evaluation, respond to support requests, process bookings and refunds, prepare reports where applicable, and follow up where consent is provided.

Sharing and third-party services

InterviewCastle does not sell candidate data or share candidate reports or scores with employers or recruiters. Service providers may process data for payments, booking, sessions, email, hosting, security, and analytics.

Analytics and conversion measurement

InterviewCastle may use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity for page performance and business events such as CTA clicks, package selection, payment clicks, booking clicks, FAQ expansion, WhatsApp clicks, and email clicks. These events should not include candidate names, phone numbers, email addresses, message content, reports, or scores.

Retention and deletion

Readiness-check leads and paid evaluation records are retained for up to 12 months unless deletion is requested earlier or legal, accounting, payment, dispute, or operational requirements apply. Send deletion requests to [email protected].
