InterviewCastle uses the information needed to provide a technical interview evaluation, support payment and booking, and respond to your questions.

InterviewCastle is intended for working Software Engineering, QA/SDET and DevOps/SRE professionals preparing for technical interviews.
This may include your name, email address, phone number, target role, years of experience, technical background and messages you send to us.
If you choose an evaluation, payment and booking services may process the details needed to complete those steps. Session notes, a written brief and a recording may be created only as part of the package or option you choose.
We use information to communicate with you, provide the evaluation, give feedback, prepare the GateMark written brief where included, support payment and booking, respond to requests and maintain service records.
We do not use your self-check answers, personal details or payment references for analytics.
Payment is processed through Razorpay and booking uses Zoho Bookings. These services may process information required for payment, verification and scheduling under their own terms and privacy practices.
Use the same email address for payment and booking so that the service can be matched correctly.
Public marketing pages may use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity under the applicable consent approach. The payment and booking pages use Google Analytics 4 only. The payment-return and session-preparation pages load no analytics vendor.
Page measurements use the pathname without the query string. Allowed interaction events cover package views and selections, payment and booking page views, return or confirmation views, WhatsApp and email clicks and FAQ expansion. Browser return events do not verify that Razorpay payment or Zoho booking was completed.
Analytics must not include candidate names, phone numbers, email addresses, message content, booking IDs, payment references, evaluation briefs or scores.
InterviewCastle does not share evaluation briefs, recordings, transcripts or session details with employers or recruiters for hiring decisions.
If you share feedback with us, you can ask to be credited anonymously. We will not add a photo, LinkedIn profile or other identifying detail without your permission.
We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the service, support, accounting, payment records, dispute handling or other operational requirements.
You can ask us to review or delete information by emailing [email protected]. Some records may need to be retained where a legal, accounting, payment or dispute requirement applies.
