InterviewCastle does not sell candidate data or share evaluation briefs, recordings, transcripts or scores with employers or recruiters. Service providers may process data for payment, booking, sessions, email, hosting, security and analytics.
Analytics and conversion measurement
InterviewCastle may use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity for page performance and business events such as CTA clicks, package selection, payment clicks, booking clicks, FAQ expansion, WhatsApp clicks and email clicks. These events should not include candidate names, phone numbers, email addresses, message content, evaluation briefs or scores.
Retention and deletion
