No. InterviewCastle is an independent interview evaluation service. There are no job openings, placements, referrals or employer connections here.

The format is similar because it is a live technical discussion. The purpose is different. A mock interview gives you practice. This evaluation gives structured feedback on what came across well, where your answers raised doubt and what to improve before your next round.

Before scheduling, we review your role and technical scope to confirm the evaluation can be done properly. If there is a mismatch, for example if your role or experience is outside what can be evaluated, we will tell you before any session happens. You will not find out mid-session.

It is the recommended INR 2,999 package. It includes the live evaluation, immediate verbal feedback and a private written evaluation brief within 48 hours. The brief summarises what came across well, what created doubt, evidence notes from the discussion and practical priorities for the next 7 to 14 days.

Yes, your actual evaluation brief is based on what the evaluator observes during your live session. The sample brief is only a short example. It is not a real candidate outcome, testimonial, case study or hiring result.

No. The call is the evaluation method. You are paying for a calibrated evaluation of what creates confidence or doubt in a real technical discussion. In the recommended option, you also get the private written evaluation brief so the feedback does not disappear after the call.

Session recording is INR 1,500. Useful if you want to replay your own answers after the session. Follow-up discussion is INR 1,000. This is a focused conversation to go through the evaluation brief and clarify priorities. It is only available with the GateMark package and must be used within 14 days of evaluation brief delivery. It is not a new evaluation or coaching session.

You join a Microsoft Teams call for a technical interview-style discussion adapted to your role, experience and target interviews. The session is around 60 minutes. Expect role-aware technical questions, follow-up questions on your answers and project or scenario questions based on your background. It is a real conversation, not a quiz.

After successful payment you will be directed to the booking page. Use the same email address you used for payment. This is important because it links your booking to your payment record. If the emails do not match, it can delay confirmation.

An experienced evaluator with 20+ years of background in hiring, training and building technical teams conducts the session. The person helping over WhatsApp, email or booking may not be the same person conducting the evaluation. If you want to know more before booking, ask on WhatsApp.

Yes, but only if you select and pay for the recording add-on (INR 1,500) before the session. Recording is not available after the fact. Microsoft Teams shows its own recording notification during the session, so both parties are aware.

You can use AI for practice, and we do not pretend otherwise. AI is useful for generating questions, rewriting answers and practising follow-ups. InterviewCastle is for the next step: a live, human-led check of how interview-ready you actually are, where your answers create doubt and what to fix before real technical rounds.

Use AI before or after the evaluation for honest preparation. For example, ask it to challenge vague project explanations, practise follow-up questions or help rewrite an answer more clearly. Do not use AI as hidden support during a live employer interview or during the InterviewCastle evaluation session.

Yes. If you complete the evaluation session and feel it was not useful, email [email protected] within 24 hours. You will receive a full refund to your original payment method. No explanation required. This covers service satisfaction, not hiring outcomes like getting selected, getting a job offer or getting a callback.

No. InterviewCastle does not guarantee selection, job offers, salary increases, referrals, placement or any hiring outcome. The evaluation gives you honest feedback on how your interview answers came across. What you do with that feedback, and how your actual interviews go, is outside what any evaluation service can control or promise.

Your data is used to deliver services, process bookings, provide support and, where you have given consent, follow up with you. InterviewCastle does not sell candidate data or share candidate evaluation briefs, recordings, transcripts or scores with employers or recruiters. Evaluation records for paid sessions are kept for up to 12 months unless you request deletion.
