You have an approximately 60-minute technical discussion on Microsoft Teams. Anoop listens to how you explain your experience and gives immediate verbal feedback.

Session recording costs ₹1,500. A follow-up discussion costs ₹1,000 and is available with GateMark. The follow-up should be used within 14 days of brief delivery.

Yes. If you need a session before a specific date, you can check fit and availability on WhatsApp. This is optional, and you can still choose a package and pay directly. Check fit and availability.

Payment is processed first through Razorpay. After successful payment, booking uses Zoho Bookings. Use the same email address for payment and booking so the service can be matched correctly.

You may request a full refund within 48 hours of payment, provided you have not booked a slot. Send the request from the email address used for payment. Approved refunds usually reach the original payment method in around 7 to 10 business days, but provider or bank timing can vary. Read the Refund Policy.

Contact support at least 24 hours before the current session. More than one reschedule is allowed, but the final session must take place within 15 calendar days after the originally booked session. A change is confirmed only after support or the booking service confirms it. Read the Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.

Candidate cancellation is non-refundable after a slot has been booked. Requests received within 24 hours of the session, missed sessions and no-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refund. If InterviewCastle cancels, you may choose a replacement slot or full refund. Read the Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.

InterviewCastle does not provide placement, referrals, jobs or selection guarantees. The evaluation helps you understand and improve your technical interview answers.
