Who is InterviewCastle for?
Current services are for software and technical candidates with 2-10 years of professional experience who are preparing for technical interviews.
Do you support freshers or above-10-year candidates?
Not currently. Current services are designed for candidates with 2-10 years of professional technical experience.
Is this a job opening?
No. InterviewCastle is an independent interview-readiness evaluation service. It is not recruitment, placement, referral support, or a hiring round.
Is this just a mock interview?
It uses an interview-style discussion, but the value is structured technical evaluation and direct feedback, not only practice.
How do you confirm technical fit?
InterviewCastle confirms role and technical scope before scheduling so candidates do not pay for a session that cannot be evaluated properly.
Session and payment
What happens in the session?
You join a 60-minute Microsoft Teams discussion. The evaluator asks role-aware technical questions, follow-up questions, and project or scenario questions based on your background.
What do I receive?
Both packages include the live evaluation and immediate verbal feedback. The report package also includes a PDF report within 48 hours.
What are the packages?
Lite Option is INR 1,999. With Written Report is INR 2,999. Prices are GST-inclusive and a GST invoice is available on request.
Are add-ons available?
Recording is INR 500. Follow-up discussion is INR 1,000 and is available with the report plan.
How does booking work after payment?
After successful payment, book a slot using the same email address used for payment. Mismatched emails may delay verification.
Trust and boundaries
Who conducts the evaluation?
The evaluation is conducted by an experienced evaluator. The person helping with WhatsApp, email, or booking may not be the evaluator.
Is there a refund guarantee?
Yes. The Interview Evaluation includes a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee refund for the evaluation service fee. It covers service satisfaction, not hiring outcomes.
Is selection guaranteed?
No. InterviewCastle does not guarantee selection, jobs, salary increases, referrals, placement, or any hiring outcome.
Can I get a recording?
Recording is available only when selected as a paid add-on. Microsoft Teams recording notification applies.
How is my data used?
Data is used to deliver services, process bookings and support, and follow up where consent is provided. InterviewCastle does not sell candidate data.
