Start by locating where the process stops
A job search has several decision points. An application must first match a role, the resume or profile must make relevant experience visible and a recruiter or hiring team must decide to start a conversation. Technical interview answers are tested only after those steps.
If you are applying but not receiving calls, changing how you answer technical follow-up questions may not address the immediate problem. First check what the employer can understand before speaking with you.
Check the evidence available before the interview
Review one recent application against the role description. The aim is not to add every technology you know. It is to make the most relevant work easy to find and verify.

- Role match: Does your recent work connect with the main responsibilities in the role?
- Evidence: Do the important points show what you personally handled?

- Application choice: Are you applying where your current experience is reasonably relevant?
Do not diagnose every silence as an interview problem
A lack of calls does not prove one specific cause. Role availability, applicant volume, location, notice period, compensation range, profile visibility and experience fit can all affect whether a conversation starts. Review the information you can verify before drawing a conclusion.
Avoid rewriting the entire resume after every application. Look for a repeated pattern across a reasonable set of relevant roles, then change one clear weakness and observe what happens next.
Move to answer evaluation when conversations begin
Once you are receiving technical calls but the discussions are not progressing, the question changes. At that stage, review whether your explanations show context, ownership, decisions, trade-offs and results under follow-up questions.
