Her mission

Make useful interview feedback easier to access.

As a woman entrepreneur, Divya’s mission is to make useful interviewer-side feedback easier to access for working technical professionals. She wants candidates to understand what their experience sounds like in an interview, so their preparation has a clearer direction than repeating generic questions without knowing what needs attention.

She works with experienced industry professionals to develop practical evaluation frameworks and is building towards a wider evaluator network. Today, every InterviewCastle evaluation is conducted by Anoop M C, who created and authored GateMark.
